As the Principal/Licensee/Auctioneer of Century 21 Paradise Waters since 2006, Michael is actively involved in the listing, marketing and selling of real estate as well as the day to day management of the business.
Michael's clear vision and dynamic motivation has been infused into every aspect of the Century 21 Paradise Waters organisation. This personal focus on quality service, attention to detail and continued drive for the highest levels of achievement and commitment, ensure that both the sales and property management divisions of Century 21 Paradise Waters continue to thrive while delivering premium results for their clientele.

Michael has a deep passion for property. Sharing his passion with daughter Samantha Kirby. Samantha manages all things investment, Including Residential and Commercial, while Michael leads the Sales department creating a strong dynamic team that is focused on hard work and strong moral standards.
